Marshall Derby may be best known as the Lexington Housing Assistance Board (LexHAB) chairman, a position he held for 15 years. He died Wednesday, May 16 at his home at age 64.
Marshall Derby always gave his friends laughter, retaining his sharp wit to the end of his battle with pancreatic cancer.

He was the husband of Constance D. (Steward) DeSimone. Bill was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on December 3, 1942. He is the son of the late Gabriel and Theresa (Rusci) DeSimone.

Joe (Jimmy) was a 1964 graduate of Harvard University. Joe was an achiever. He organized the first Harvard University Hockey Club Team, was a disciplined weightlifter and later became a trainer for the Washington Capitals.
