I will always remember one of my first "dates" in Jr High School was attending a dinner party at Kacey Spangler's house with Dickie Buzzell.  He was wild and crazy kid at times.  Many thanks for the service and sacrifice he made for our country. 

I remember Dick from 7th grade at the West on.  I saw his name on the Vietnam Wall in Washing DC when I chaperoned a music group from the Ottoson Jr. High (West) in 1989.  It brought back a lot of great memories!  I thank Dick and all of our armed forces for what they have sacrificed for us.

We pledged allegiance to this flag every day in homeroom. Dick gave his ultimate sacrifice under it.
